Who We Are
We are a local neighbourhood community centre that provides services to the Sutherland Shire.
Our centre is a place where you can drop in for a chat or a cuppa. We also provide services such as Emergency Relief, free counselling service, Tax Help, photo copying and referrals to other organisations.
Information and referral is available via telephone, at the counter or by email. If you would like further information, please feel free to contact our offices.
We ascertain needs in the local area as a whole, and follow up with development of new programs/activities and lobbying for new services to meet those needs. Support is given with the establishment of community groups.
We are funded through Sutherland Shire Council and Department of Community Services.
Family and Community and Indigenous Affairs funds the Emergency Relief program.
Community Development Expenditure Scheme also funds us for specialist services.
